Curatr Network Pty Ltd is referred to in this policy as “Curatr Network”, “Curatr”, “we”, “our” or “us”.

We are committed to managing personal information responsibly and in accordance with privacy laws that apply to our activities, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply.

You may browse the general website without intentionally identifying yourself. However, we need certain contact information if you submit an enquiry, request a demonstration or ask us to respond to you.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• your name, work email address, telephone number and other contact details;
• your company, venue, role, city, market or business location;
• the number and type of venues you operate or represent;
• the nature of your enquiry, requirements, current music setup, venue zones and information included in messages;
• correspondence, meeting notes, proposals and records of our business relationship;
• technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location and access times;
• cookie, analytics and preference information where those technologies are enabled; and
• any other information you voluntarily provide to us.

We do not ask you to provide sensitive personal information through the website. Please do not include health information, government identifiers, financial account details, passwords or other sensitive material in a general enquiry.

We do not currently use website enquiry information to make solely automated decisions that have a significant legal or similarly significant effect on an individual.

• Formspree, which receives and processes submissions from our contact form;

Privacy complaints

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, submit a written complaint through our Contact page and address it to the Privacy Officer.

Please explain what happened and provide enough information for us to investigate. We will acknowledge and assess the complaint and aim to provide a substantive response within 30 days, although complex matters may require longer.

If you are not satisfied with our response and the Privacy Act applies to the matter, you may be able to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
